THE MEANING OF PROPER SWIMMING

Tuyen is an enthusiastic teacher and learner, and in a short time, built a great rapport with my son Jake.  Her ability to connect with young children, many of whom do not speak yet, is impressive and allows her to effectively coach them into successful swim survivalists.  Tuyen was able to work independently and with her team to foster a supportive teaching relationship with Jake and build his confidence to swim.  I admire Tuyen's desire to bring safe swim practices to her native country and leaving the comfort of her own home to do so.  It demonstrates a strong spirit and dedication that I believe make Tuyen a highly qualified and invaluable swim instructor.

Tuyen Ho has been instrumental in coaching my two toddler boys infant survival swimming. In the course of six weeks, Tuyen has worked closely to build a trusting and authoritative relationship with my sons which has allowed her to successfully teach them to swim. Through her consistent efforts both my 3.5 year old and 2 year old can jump into a body of water and reliably come to the surface to float face-up, allowing them to breath.  She has instilled a confidence in each of them so that they feel comfortable and safe in the water.  The joy they have in their abilities to play safely in the water is a life long skill that I, as a parent, will appreciate and value forever.  I would highly recommend to any parent or caregiver that Tuyen Ho be considered as their child's professional swim instructor.

Tuyen Ho is an excellent swim instructor.  She taught our 21 month old son Jackson to swim and float during a six week course at Swim Float Swim in Longmont, CO.  Tuyen was very effective at calming our son and getting him to perform the Swim Float Swim techniques.  He is no longer afraid of water and now enjoys bath time and swimming in pools.  In addition to becoming comfortable in the water, Tuyen taught our son lifesaving skills in a matter of weeks.  We had a great experience with Tuyen as our son's instructor and could not be more pleased with the results.

Hi Tuyen, We had our first lesson with Sarah today and D was great. You did such a great job teaching him to look down deep for the target. He easily swam from the stairs to the castle several times, never lifting his head. He increased his swim distance today and rolled only after kicking and swimming for about 5 ft. He rolled, rested, and flipped back to swim successfully to the castle. Your patience and kindness made a huge impression on D and me. I am so grateful for your incredible ability to instruct young children. Thanks to you, D is safe in the water at just 2 years old, able to swim, calmly float and swim again. The survival swimming method relies on infants' motor skills to form conditioning behaviours.

Children can swim and float after 10 - 20 lessons.

CONFIDENCE & INDEPENDENCE

Infants 6 to 12 months old are able to roll over from a face-down or a submerged position onto their backs to rest and breathe, saving themselves from drowning accidents.

Infant Survival (6 - 12 months)

Toddlers and younger children are able to perform the swim - float - swim sequence. Children will learn to swim a short distance with their face fully submerged, to float onto their backs to rest and breathe, and to flip back onto their tummy to continue to swim to safety.

Infant Aquatics (12 months - 4 years)

Children will learn to perform the swim - float - swim sequence in deep water for 10-15 meters, in preparation for advanced strokes.

Swim Wizards (4 years old and up)

Private Class

<ul><li data-block-key="zbvqx">10 lessons.</li><li data-block-key="bkrb3">10-minute private or 30-minute group class.</li><li data-block-key="5fqpi">Maximum of 5 students.</li><li data-block-key="9jo5k">All new students must complete basic survival private lessons to be eligible to join these classes.</li></ul>

This class provides parents a hands-on practice working with your baby in the water. Your baby will learn to enjoy the water by combining swimming and floating skills with songs, toys and games.

Aquababies (7 - 30 months old)

Fun Days class will transfer your child into a confident recreational swimmer with water toys, floats and activities to enhance swimming and floating skills.

Fun Days (2.5 - 5 years old)

Our specialized curriculum teaches 4 competitive strokes–freestyle, backstroke, butterfly and breaststroke from beginner to advanced levels.

Stroke Classes (5 years old and up)

Group Class

Each lesson consists of 20 minutes of technical instructions with direct guidance from the teacher. The basic course covers freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke technique for adults.

Adult Class

This specialized course caters to children with special needs such as Down syndrome, autism, ADHD, and motor delays (speech delays, slow walking, etc.). Our Baby Fish program provides numerous physical and mental benefits, fostering the development of the children&#x27;s physical and cognitive abilities, while boosting their confidence and survival skills. Given the unique nature of the course, our swimming instructors possess extensive knowledge, expertise in physical education, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of children&#x27;s psychology to achieve the desired results.
